The electric furnace uses a carbon-enhancing technology, and the influence factors of the carburizing agent on smelting There are three main aspects.
 
 
 
1. Liquid iron carbonization technology, graphite crystal nuclei can be increased during the condensation process, especially during the electric furnace condensation process. Participating in cupola smelting of iron carbide can increase the long-term solution nucleation of graphite and reduce the oxidation of molten iron.
 
 
 
2. Carbon increase is the best measure to avoid or reduce the tendency of business contraction. Due to the effect of graphite shrinkage during the solidification of molten iron, good graphitization tends to reduce the shrinkage of molten iron.
 
 
 
3. Under the condition of high carbon content, in order to obtain high-strength gray cast iron for castings, the smelting technology process can use the technology of full scrap steel plus carburizing agent, making the molten iron simpler and more pure, and the consumption of casting structural data has high stopping performance. .
 
 
 
When smelting, clean materials without oil pollution should be used to prevent the phenomenon of leakage or excessive scum. The furnace oil and spark coils used before the scrap iron plant should be used. The iron is considered to be too high. In fact, it is mainly because the smelted iron filings contain a lot of oil pollution, which is easy to cause carbon accumulation. In the cold carbon accumulation part of the lining, even if the insulation layer is accumulated, because the lining has not been fully sintered, when carbon accumulation occurs, it will cause leakage of the furnace grounding system and form a coil to spark. It is generally believed that the higher the temperature of the molten iron, the longer the reaction time, the higher the carbon absorption rate.
 
 
 
But the actual situation can be reversed. In the induction control electric furnace, low-temperature carbon increase and high-temperature silicon increase, that is, when the high temperature is stopped, not only does not increase carbon, but reduces carbon. Regarding the original molten iron of ductile iron, the equilibrium working temperature is about 1450 ℃ ± 20 ℃, the original molten iron cost of gray iron is about 1400 ℃ ± 20 ℃. The oxidation of carbon in molten iron above the equilibrium temperature becomes intense. As a result of the reaction in the molten iron, carbon oxides are continuously extinguished, and silicon is restored and extinguished. At this time, the carburizing agent that can participate in the appearance of the molten iron stops the carbonization and carbon reduction of the molten iron to reach a balance.
