Secondly, in terms of morphological properties of the material,airtight high temperature graphitization not only reduces sulfur, gas (nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen), ash, volatilization, water and other impurities,but also improves its purity and changes the arrangement of carbon atoms from random to ordered. 3)Methods of adding recarburizer in the foundry industry

In practice, XINTAN recarburizer is used according to the casting type, furnace size and furnace temperature ."XINTAN" recarburizer is suitable for smelting in induction furnace,but detailed application should be adjusted by different technologies. In medium frequency electric furnace smelting, the graphitized petroleum coke can be added to the lower part of the furnace with the material according to the ratio, Recovery rate can reach more than 95%.
