1)Definition and reaction principle of catalyst

A substance in a chemical reaction that can change the rate of reaction of the reactants  without changing the chemical equilibrium and whose mass and chemical properties do not change before or after the chemical reaction is called a catalyst. According to statistics, catalyst is applied in about 90% industrial process, such as chemical, petrochemical, biochemical, environmental protection, etc. Variety of catalysts can be divided into liquid catalyst and solid catalyst. According to the phase state of the reaction system, it can be divided into homogeneous catalyst and heterogeneous catalyst, Homogeneous catalysts include acids, bases, soluble transition metal compounds and peroxides. Catalysts play an important role in modern chemical industry. Catalyst is a substance that reduces (increases) the chemical reaction conditions and thus speeds up (slows down) the chemical reaction rate. In the actual reaction, the principle is expressed as:

Reactant + catalyst = intermediate;

intermediate + reactant  =product + catalyst

2)Application of "XINTANcatalyst in gas treatment

Catalyst can be customized according to customer specific requirements.  At present, we have successfully developed ozone removal catalyst, carbon monoxide catalyst, deoxidizing catalyst, desiccant etc. We welcome domestic and foreign partners to communicate with each other for win-win cooperation.

Our ozone decomposition catalyst has been successfully applied in kitchen waste processor .After disposing of XINTAN ozone removal catalyst, the ozone content in kitchen waste processor fully meets the requirements of the national standard within 50PPb. The following is the experimental data after ozone generation through the ozone generator.

 

 

Before the treatment of ozone decomposition catalyst, the ozone content reached more than 20000PPb, it decreased to 15.7PPb after experiment, and the catalyst service life can reach 8000-16,000 hours, fully catering to the needs of end users.
