Information
Under the current widely used papermaking technology, the papermaking industry consumes a lot of water, and every ton of paper consumed consumes hundreds of cubic meters of water. It is a major producer of industrial wastewater in China. When China's water resources are increasingly scarce, papermaking Wastewater recycling applications are increasingly necessary.

Existing problems: At present, most paper mills use Fenton disposal as an advanced treatment process. Although the Fenton process is widely used in the advanced treatment of wastewater in the paper industry, from the application effect, the effluent from the Fenton process treatment can certainly meet the standard discharge, but there are Obvious shortcomings: First, the dosage of the agent is large, resulting in more sludge, which increases the cost of operation and the difficulty of sludge disposal; second, with the large-scale application of the Fenton disposal process, hydrogen peroxide and ferrous sulfate The price is getting higher and higher, and the order is becoming more and more difficult. Third, there are many hidden dangers in the transportation, storage and use of a variety of risky products. Therefore, there is a need to find an efficient and reliable Fenton alternative process to stop the verification of the experiment, to provide scientific and feasible data guidance for the implementation of large-scale engineering applications.

Regarding the advanced treatment of papermaking wastewater, the application of ozone catalytic oxidation method has become a kind of advanced treatment in paper mills. In the traditional ozone oxidation process, the application rate of O3 is not high (at room temperature, the solubility of O3 in water is about 10mg/ L), the efficiency of thoroughly mineralizing organic matter needs to be improved. In order to improve the efficiency of the ozone oxidation method, improve the application rate of O3, reduce the operating cost of ozone oxidation, and further improve the removal efficiency of pollutants, the ozone catalytic oxidation process can be used to stop the treatment of wastewater. By participating in a catalyst loaded with transition metal ions in the oxidation system, it can produce a significant catalytic effect on ozone oxidation, can catalyze the self-synthesis of O3 in water, increase the concentration of ·OH produced in water, and thus improve the ozone oxidation effect.

The ozone catalytic oxidation process can effectively synthesize and remove high-stability organic pollutants in water, reduce the mutagenic activity of water, and significantly improve the safety of papermaking wastewater; ozone catalytic oxidation can more effectively oxidize synthetic organic matter in water than ozone oxidation alone; The catalyst can enhance the mass transfer of O3 in water, improve the synthesis ability of O3 in water, increase the concentration of dissolved oxygen in water, and enhance the overall decontamination effect of the treatment unit of the oxidation system. Ozone catalytic oxidation technology uses some of the appearance characteristics of transition metal oxides to enhance the conversion of O3 into a free radical with strong oxidizing ability, and the synthesis efficiency of high-stability organic pollutants is 2 to 4 times higher than that of simple ozone oxidation.

The catalyst (solid) and the reaction solution are in different phases. The oxidation method where the reaction stops at the solid-liquid phase interface is called the heterogeneous catalytic oxidation method. The heterogeneous catalytic oxidation technology used to be the key to remove high-stability and difficult-to-degrade organic pollutants in wastewater One of the technologies. The application of solid catalysts in conjunction with separate O3 oxidation can reduce the reaction activation energy or modify the reaction process, so as to achieve the purpose of deep oxidation and maximum removal of organic pollutants. Homogeneous catalytic oxidation treatment technology and heterogeneous catalytic oxidation treatment methods are organically combined to further improve the effect of decontamination and ensure safe water quality.

Compared with the Fenton oxidation method, the ozone catalytic process is used in deep disposal, which can save operating costs, does not produce sludge, and has no secondary pollution. It is the most ideal process for deep disposal. At present, with the situation of national standards, Ozone catalytic oxidation method has been gradually accepted by large-volume enterprises, and a new round of business opportunities will be ushered in in the future.
